Cookies and Pixel Tags

We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities.

Privacy of Children on Our Web Site
Our Web site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you reside in California, you have the right to ask one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Effective, January 1, 2020, according to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, if you reside in California then you have the following rights:
- You can opt-out of Dover Saddlery's sale of your personal information.
- You can request the deletion of your personal information.
- You can request, no more than twice in a 12 month period, for us to disclose the following from the preceding 12 months:
- Categories of personal information collected about you
- Categories of sources from which we collected personal information
- Business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information
- Categories of third parties with whom we share personal information
- Specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Categories of personal information we have sold and categories of third parties to whom the information was sold
Dover Saddlery will not discriminate against you if you have exercised your rights.
Nevada Residents
If you are a Nevada resident and would like to make a request under Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statues, you may email us at privacy@doversaddlery.com. Please include "Nevada" in your email subject line and include the following information in your email: your name, Nevada resident address, and email address.

From time to time, we may use customer information for unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change, we will post these changes on our Web site. We encourage you to review our privacy policy periodically.
