Dover Saddlery offers its customers marketing and promotional mobile alerts (e.g. cart reminders) by SMS message (the "Service") on 35408. Customers may also sign up to receive order, shipping, and delivery notifications by SMS message on 35408. By participating in the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) and to the Privacy Policy.

Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service

Enrollment requires you to provide your mobile phone number and agree to these Terms. Only U.S. mobile numbers are eligible. You must be 18 or older. Dover Saddlery may stop offering the Service at any time or change the short code or phone number used to send messages, with notice provided.

By opting into the Service, you:

  • Authorize Dover Saddlery to use an automatic dialing system to send recurring, possibly automated, text messages to your enrolled number.
  • Acknowledge that agreeing to receive messages is not a purchase condition.
  • Confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the opted-in number and authorized to enroll.

Information We Share with Others

We contract with third parties for services such as payment processing, shipping, email distribution, market research, and promotions management. They receive only the information needed to perform their services and cannot use it for their own marketing.

Occasionally, we share mailing lists (names and addresses only) and general shopping activity with carefully screened retailers. Contact us if you prefer we do not share your information.

On rare occasions, we may disclose information if required by law, in response to court orders, or to assist in fraud investigations.

Availability may vary. Dover Saddlery and carriers are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or message errors.

To Stop the Service

To stop receiving messages, text STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to 35408 at any time. You may also reply with these keywords to any Dover Saddlery text message. Alternatively, contact us at 978-952-6300 or customerservice@doversaddlery.com. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message.
