Returning Items from Multiple Orders
If you are returning items from more than one order in the same package, please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly:

Start a return for each order separately using our online return process. https://www.doversaddlery.com/pages/return-form

For the first return, you may generate and use a return shipping label as usual $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for use of our label or select self return and ship with the carrier of your choice.
- For any additional orders included in the same package, select “Self Return” when completing the return.
This allows us to properly track and process each item once it arrives at our warehouse.
Important: Returns that are not submitted online for each order may experience delays in processing.
