Boot Crowns® Florentine Floral-Embossed Boot Toppers add feminine style to your tall English riding boots. The gorgeous floral pattern on the high-quality leather is enhanced with hematite silver Swarovski® crystals in the flowers and metallic silver piping along the top.
Boot Crowns are a quick and easy way for you to enhance any tall English riding boot for a fraction of the cost or commitment of a custom boot. Discreetly secured by suede and a clip and closed with a hook-and-loop fastener, Boot Crowns stay in place while you ride. You can also use Boot Crowns to add height to any boots that have dropped too much, or you can add fashionable Spanish tops to an older pair that doesn’t have them. Pair.
How do Boot Crowns stay on?
In the same way full seat breeches aid in securing your seat, Boot Crowns are lined with suede to keep them in place. An inside clip attaches to the top of your boot to keep the piece flush. The crowns are then fastened securely around your leg with high-quality hook-and-loop fasteners.
Do they move or shift while I’m riding?
Boot Crowns have been tested by dressage riders and jumpers; the riders have forgotten the crowns were on their boots!
Can I compete in rated shows wearing Boot Crowns?
Yes! The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has ruled Boot Crowns do not violate current rules.
Where did the idea of Boot Crowns originate?
One of the founders was being measured for custom boots. The custom boot maker asked what “boot top” option she wanted. She was worried about making a decision on a topper and being committed to it and asked if the bootmaker could create interchangeable toppers. When the answer was no, the idea of Boot Crowns was born. Many meetings and design changes later, a patent is pending.

For manufacturer's defects, we'll extend the manufacturer's warranty to a maximum of 24 months, regardless of their individual policies. Manufacturer warranties longer than 24 months will be honored and supported by us as well up to the length of those warranties.
Exceptions: Safety items such as helmets and protective vests may only be returned within 30 days, with their original tags intact. Saddles and riding boots may be returned within 90 days, but are subject to a prorated refund based on usage. Used saddles may be returned for 30 days only. For everyone’s protection, treats and vet meds which have been opened are not returnable, and returned blankets must be clean and free of debris. Underwear is not returnable or exchangeable.
Special Conditions
To protect all customers and ensure that every return or exchange is handled fairly, we may require a receipt or decline a return in these situations:
- Item was not purchased directly from Dover Saddlery. (It was purchased at a used tack sale or from a retailer or online seller other than Dover Saddlery.)
- Item is missing a label or has been defaced.
- No receipt and no valid identification in our stores.
- Item is wet, dirty, or contaminated, or until it has been cleaned. (For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, defective, or poorly fitting blankets if they are UNWASHED.)
- Item has been lost, stolen, damaged, or misused.
- On rare occasions, based on the nature of prior transactions.
- Supplements have been opened or used.
- Multiple returns of the same item.
- Personalized items may not be returned unless defective.
