Warehouse Associate (Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities)

Dover Saddlery - Littleton, MA

The Warehouse Associate has the baseline skill set to process and execute step by step instructions with few errors. This role could be working in any area of the warehouse including, but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, pull down, put away, Inventory/Quality Control, and facilities. The Full-Time shift is typically 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Learn and completely understand the upstream and downstream impacts of the tasks you are asked to execute.
• Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
• Recognize and bring issues to light such as but not limited to product, paperwork, labeling, or other errors as well as product damage or expiration.
• Maintain documentation and records of items pick and put away locations and/or quantities.
• Meet schedules and timelines.
• Maintain storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly and safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Payroll Coordinator

Dover Saddlery - Littleton, MA
Reports to: Human Resources Manager

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the overall accuracy, timeliness, and special initiatives related to the bi-weekly processing of payroll. Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, and distribution of payroll. Reviews the computation of pay and ensures the company payroll policies are in accordance with government regulations. Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding pay checks.

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 700 employees in multiple states
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Responsible for the setup of paid time off accrual
• Ensure proper recording of all benefits deductions
• Process new hire and terminated employees' paperwork
• Manage all payroll/employee reporting to assist with annual Audits
• Ensure the proper recording and reporting of quarterly taxes
• Maintain quarterly and annual payroll binders
• Manage the issuing and distribution of W2’s
• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• 5 years of payroll experience
• Experience with Paychex Flex or other integrated Payroll / HRIS systems
• Managed payroll for organizations with more than 200 employees
• Experience processing payroll for a company with multiple states is ideal
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be a Self-starter
• Good organizational skills

Photography Coordinator

Dover Saddlery - Littleton, MA
Reports to: Senior Director, Creative Services & Corporate Communications

The Photography Coordinator oversees and facilitates all aspects of studio and location photography including processing samples, upkeep of tracking documents, liaison with photographers and internal team, workflow management to schedule. Responsible for mood art image replenishment and permissions, vendor art processing, metadata entry and facilitates marketplace image needs. Develops and executes all aspects of location shoots from shot list development, scouting, planning, and schedule execution on site. A good deal of administrative work includes data entry, filtering, meta data input, reporting on status and daily upkeep of tracking documents.

• Sample and Vendor Art Processing
&emps; Maintain up-to-date tracking records of photo samples and vendor art to budget
&emps; Coordinate and facilitates samples
&emps; Oversee scheduling and all logistics of studio work, prepares and ships photo samples
&emps; Develop and issue weekly missing sample reports – meets with buyers to update status
• Photography liaison
&emps; Coordinates all aspects of photography approvals with photographers, designers, and merchandising.
• Vendor / Mood Art Processing and Facilitation
&emps; Oversee vendor art process, tracking and image IDing
&emps; Facilitate new art as it arrives on Dover ftp site, verify integrity and file size
&emps; Negotiate all rates associated with image / mood art photography
&emps; Maintain mood art library
• Location Photography
&emps; Coordinate location shoot: model search, samples, logistics, farms -with Director
&emps; Develop shot list and planning documents including planning schedule
&emps; Coordinate, prep, label by shot all necessary products and ship all location product to site
&emps; Attend shoots, maintain model shoot schedule to ensure time efficiencies are met
• Photographic library maintenance
&emps; Provides images, usage rights, and ongoing relationships with professional photographers
• Asset Management
&emps; Chief Lead in maintaining Asset Management system and records
&emps; Responsible for metadata upkeep and liaison
• Assist as needed in the asset development and fulfillment of Market Place businesses (dropship, TSC, Amazon etc.)
• Assist Director and team as deemed by priority and deadline on whatever task is required.
• Helps facilitate all images for omni channel marketing campaigns.
• BA Degree and 3 years of related experience
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
• Deadline driven self-starter, works well under pressure on multiple tasks at once time
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Asset Management, and Photoshop
• Equestrian experience required
