The Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge Baucher Bit with 16 mm Salox® Gold mouth and stainless steel cheeks usually helps the rider achieve and maintain a rounder and more correct outline. This NS bit is often recommended if your horse is constantly resisting, strung out or coming above the bit as it offers additional directional control and can support straightness.

The Tranz Angled mouth is an ergonomic, comfortable design that encourages consistent contact. The rounded center lozenge is set at a 20° angle to activate feel over the tongue. When contact is taken, the lozenge rolls gently down to contour smoothly over the tongue’s thicker, less sensitive center, thereby enabling clearly defined rein aids. Arms are slightly curved for comfort and oval shaped to take up less room between the tongue and upper palate than circular mouthpieces.

Salox Gold mouthpiece metal is a high copper alloy formulated to rapidly reach and maintain the temperature of a horse’s mouth. It encourages softness and relaxed bit acceptance.
