Horze Oval Link Eggbutt Snaffle Bit in stainless steel is a great option for starting young horses or working with green horses or beginning riders. Made of stainless steel with a 14mm mouth, it features an oval link tat provides a wider base and is milder than a French link. This double-jointed mouthpiece helps to reduce the nutcracker effect that occurs when pressure is placed on the reins.
Imported. Bits should be cleaned with hot water after each use. Dry bit with soft cloth. Metal polish may be used on cheek pieces.
The thickness of bit is always measured just inside bit ring. When placed in horse's mouth, there should be max. 5mm (1/4" play on either side of the bit.
