this pad is the best thing for a horse that needs a little more pad on their back... i have a thoroughbred/arabian and he has high withers and needs a little more padding on his back. this pad is great!!!

I run a summer camp riding program with many senior citizens in the herd. This has been super for sway backs and high withers. It also improves the fit of our yucky camp saddles on the horses with rounder backs as well. I'm about to order a few more.

A nice light pad that fits nicely under the saddle and gives extra back support for the horse. If you just need a very slight raise to the back of your saddle this pad is perfect. The pony I bought it for needed more raise than this but it worked well for another horse in the barn. The other pads on the market with more lift in back don't have the wither relief this one has, so I still prefer this one over them.
