This saddle is great. It does not make you sit forward like one of the reviews said. It puts you in proper position (unless you sit forward to begin with), is comfortable, cleans up easy, looks great and my horse loves it. My horse moves better in this saddle than any other English saddle I've had on her (and I have had ones that cost 3 times as much as this one). It's so lightweight so your horse must appreciate that it weighs so little. I can't write enough positive comments about it. You can pay a reasonable price for this or you can pay a lot more for the comparable Bates model. I like it much better than my previous leather saddle. Fortunately I'm not a leather snob so fit and comfort come first whether the saddle is leather or synthetic - this is a winner.

I've used this saddle as my first English saddle and bought it three years ago (2006), and it's been a wonderful saddle. You have to really watch where you put your irons on. It's very comfortable for a close contact and easy to clean. I have to sell mine only because I can no longer jump and will only show in flat classes and I'm looking at buying another Wintec with the gullet change which is a great tool and is easy to change out. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to a good saddle and is easy to clean and I've even showed in it and did pretty well till I hurt my back bad, but still ride.

I bought this saddle in Feb 09' and have had it on 5 different horse thus far with great fits everytime. It is very comfortable, no problems with my position and allows for a good ride. easy to care for, easy to change the gullets and looks great an excellent buy for your money!!
