I really wanted to like these boots but they have rubbed my mare's ankles really badly. Now I will have to buy new boots.

These are wonderful boots. They fit my 16.2 leggy boy, and my client's smaller horses just as well. No rubbing, twisting, or slipping, and they offer great protection.

I love these boots. I've done everything with these boots and never a problem. They've gone in the river bed with quick sand and they never slip. They do run big. I got a pair of mediums and couldn't wear them on my 14hd pony due to rubbing but they fit my 16 and 17hd horses on the front and back and don't have a problem with rubbing.
