Great blanket for windy days or Freezing rain which we get often in the late fall and winter here in NC, Generous tail flap is stitched all the way down the sides so it wont get blown up in the wind when your horse turns his butt into it. High neck also keeps water from seeping in under blanket to the liners or sheets you may have underneath...no more bringing your horse in from the rain to find that all his sheets and linings have been soaked in the rain!
This blanket has lots of insulation without being so thick you cant fold it over the blanket rack! Buckles are heavy duty and well secured, excellent stitching on all straps and seams; Fabric is soft both on top and underneath, not stiff and noisey (no one wants to put a scratchy rug on their horse!)
I would definatly buy this item again if I had another horse....Dont think I'll need another one for this guy this blanket is holding it's own, probably for many years to come!
