this stuff is bad for your horses hooves and does not come off!! it took me 3 hours with sandpaper and nailpolish remover to finally get it off. it is not worth it. save your money and dont buy this

This stuff really dried out my ponies hooves and did not come off. I thought it would come off really easily but no. i had a show the day after i used it and had to come in over an hour early to try to file it off. it looks good when you put it on but stays on so i would not recomend it to riders who show.

I love this stuff as a nice "base" for sparkling hooves. There just isn't enough glitter in it, though to make a really sparkling hoof. So I apply this stuff then sprinkle more glitter on (from the local craft store) and voila! Super sparkling hoofies!! I haven't noticed any ill effects to the hoof from application and I do my horse's feet myself. Note, I do NOT rasp the hoof wall. That outer layer is important to maintaining a good hoof moisture balance. Anyways, I love this stuff, it is fun and nice to look at! Will buy again.
