The outer layer seems to attract hay however, instead of repelling it. They are pretty warm, and not bad overall. The ankle elastic is really strong though. I had to roll the bottoms up so that my ankles would not be mutilated. They are extremely warm. The outer layer tends to pill, which can attract hay, but the inner layer stays soft and warm through washings. They dont shrink too much, and are very stretchy. The one problem i have encountered is the seam around the waistband unravelling. This may be my fault, i put them through the dryer for convenience. Read More Reviews
