Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

I really disagree with the other reviews for this helmet. I have just sent sent back my second one of these helmets back. The first arrived with the side decorative button detached and the front trim hanging halfway off. The button couldn't be reattached. I received my replacement helmet and the pieces holding in the Adjustable Fit system kept popping out after 3 rides use. The first problem was just cosmetic, but the second is a definite safety problem. Both problems seem to be due to the use of a plastic 'nail' to attach the items. I've exchanged again for the IRH ATHS helmet and it is wonderful, well worth the extra $20.

I really like this helmet because it is good looking and very comfortable. I have done a lot of research and found that this helmet is just as good in appearence and function as the more expensive helmets going well over $300. The suede-like fabric is also cleanable.

This helmet is made of great quality plastic, leather, and cloths. I like the padding as it is not hard, and you almost feel like you are wearing a pillow while you are riding. The bill is not bulky. I always have problems with bulky helmets, but this one is great.
