Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

I always liked this helmet and felt that it was very protective and easily to properly fit. BUT I would not buy another one. After less than a year and no falls that involved my head the adjustment system cracked and fell off...now adays I just buy helmets that have a specific size to fit your head and no adjusters...less hardwear to break
