Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

I love this helmet. It's great for the price. It's a very comfortable helmet, although sometimes a bit hot. I think some more ventilation in it would help. I got it to replace an IRH that was too oval and gave me major headaches. I do agree that the velvet gets dented easily, but that could probably be avoided if you were careful...i'm kind of hard on it though

This is a great helmet. It is lightweight, comfortable, and looks very good- I have had mine for about 5 years and think I should replace it (just because it's old) but I am strongly considering another- only thing I would change is to possibly have more ventillation- I don't think it's a hot helmet, but I think the more ventillated helmets are cooler. Love the look, fit, and price.
