Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

I love my GPA. Expensive, but overall a great investment. After riding in it 2 times it started to mold to the shape of my head and is now extremely comfortable. The first few times it gave me a headache it was so tight, but I was told that is normal so I wore it a few more times and now it fits great.
