The size on the Dover tag bears little relation to the actual measured size of the girth. Stubben has a cm stamp on the girth--you are using 2.5 cm to the inch whch is not quite correct. The first girth you sent measured 56 ". I called and was assured that you would measure the next 58 inch girth you sent. This one measured 56 1/2 inches. I called again and was assured that a supervisor would go to the warehouse and measure girths and find me one that measured 58 inches and send it out. Girth number 3 measured 56 1/4 inches. If you have to use the cm stamp, sell girths in cms. Or use 2.54 cm to the inch. That's closer. Better yet, when a customer calls to complain, MEASURE the next girth you send out.
