I read the reviews before ordering these breeches and ordered a size down from what I normally wear and they were still too big. I love the material and the fit I just wish they came smaller.

These are beautiful breeches! I received them today and tried them on. The material is substantial, making them worth every penny. I have a curvy build (my waist is 8 inches smaller than my hips). I should NOT have listened to the advice to order a size down. I love the way they fit in the thigh/ butt area, but the waist is not stretchy and is way too tight where the waist band fastens just above my hip, which for me, is the widest part of my body. I normally wear a 4-6 women's pant and a 26 breech. I should have ordered a 26 instead of 24! If you have thicker legs and a booty, order your normal size. I'm going to have to send them back. Drat!
