| Extra deep fit and non-slip design. Our standard-weight turnout has a durable Teflon-coated 640 denier ripstop outer shell that is waterproof and breathable. Designed with no center seam to let moisture in, so horse stays dry, and a deeper fit that holds blanket in place. Lined with 340 grams of thick poly fill insul ation for extra warmth. A breathable nylon lining against the horse keeps coat smooth and prevents rubbing. Surcingle front closure with hook and loop inside provides a secure fit. Fleece at withers, adjustable leg straps and tail flap.

I purchased this blanket to use as a sheet for my Anglo Arabian who has a very thin coat and does not grow winter hair. This blanket works and looks great, the fabric on the outside was soft and flexible not stiff like some waterproof turnouts, and the nylon lining really does make a difference in keeping his coat smooth and glossy underneath. The buckles are heavy duty and stay in place, and the stitching is tight and also abundant...no worries that the straps will come off this thing it's built like a tank!
I highly recommend this blanket it is a great buy expecially on sale! It is a STEAL at 89.90!
