I don't use this pad very much anymore unless I am not riding for a long time. This one does not stay in place very well, doesn't clean easily. It is slightly thin but soft. Would work better for people with shorter legs, and shorter saddle flaps.

This pad is obviously a knockoff of the "Poly Pad". I bought one of each for comparison and, sorry to say, there was none. They were used on the same horse, same saddle on consecutive days. The Poly Pad thoroughly outperformed the RI pad, which would not stay in place, and was markedly thinner.

This is a very nice pad! Very cushiony and soft. The horses love it. The only problem is is loves to stick to sweat! I have to put it in a special spot all spread out and leave it there overnight so it can cool off and it still is very wet and you won't be able to use it i would put it near a fan/heater/air conditioner overnight
