The girth and billet straps are a great feature that I haven't seen on most baby pads. I could do without the billet straps (truthfully, I cut them off), but the girth straps are a plus compared to other "baby pads". I also love that the spine of the pad is contoured and can be pulled up off of my mare's withers.
