This wash has worked great for my Rambo blankets. One of them I have washed 5 times and it is still waterproof. It does not remove every bit of dirt and smell, that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But it doesn't really need to either... It looks like some people have had issues, which surprised me. It must be with other blankets?

I was shocked by the negative reviews for this product. I have used it to wash Rambo, Weatherbeeta and Schnieder's waterproof sheets/blankets for at least 5 years. I have never had a problem with it, and I change and wash sheets every 2-3 weeks fall/winter/spring. I have 6 or more Rambo sheets/blankets that are 9 years old. They are still waterproof after many washings.

This wash completely ruined 4 of my blankets and left my horses with no blankets for 3 days. I would not rcommend this product to anyone!
