My mare has worn these boots for a year now, i have washed several times and they look new, they have not shrunk, the leather has not gotten any scratch or tear, the straps are still perfectly elastic and the velcro sticks great. I ride dressage 2-4 times/week, I am not sure if I was jumping if they would have held as good, and this is the only reason I gave them a 4. Also because I have had them for only one year...

I thought these boots were going to be amazing but within only a few rides they were wearing and breaking where the fetlocks knock. Using them in the summer you have to rinse frequently and they started to shrink. They no longer fit my horse. This is a waste of money, spend it on the DBS 2 or the Dover products.
