This girth literally *never* slips. I play polo and do a lot of leaning way off the side of my horse at a full gallop. My saddle stays rock solid in the middle of my horse with this girth attached. It's also super easy to clean. I've deducted a star for two reasons. One, the girth has wide, square ends which make it difficult to get through your saddle pad loops. If they had tapered the ends, that might have helped. Two, it is not breathable at all. My horses sweat twice as much under this girth as under their leather girths (or even under a fleece girth). When I remove this girth after riding, there is a fat, wet stripe from one side of my horse's belly to the other, even if the horse has not sweat at all under any of its other tack.
