My little daughter fell off her pony and the shell cracked after just one use! She was jumping, however. It was just a small X, so it may be okay for lead line use.

HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT YET. I WAS HOPING IT WOULD FIT MY 21 MONTH OLD, BUT IT IS STILL TOO BIG. IT APPEARS TO BE A QUALITY PRODUCT AND WE LOVE THE PURPLE COLOR. LOOKING FORWARD TO USING IT--WHEN SHE GROWS INTO IT.

This helmet was a perfect fit for my 3 1/2 yr old girl. She rides her horse on a rough terrain at a ranch, so the helmet was a necessity. Great helmet for the price.

I run a riding school and I love these helmets for my 7 year and under kids. Easy to fit, cute colors, durable. Not really meant for kids over 7 years old, unless they have smaller heads.
