These are fabulous breeches, extremely comfortable and well-made. The piping is a classy touch, I have had many favorable comments! Personally, I like the fabric, to me it is not too plastic, just a good cotton/strech combination. The fabric is indeed very abrasion resistant and after many months of wear, mine still look like new.

These are fine breeches overall, what you would expect from Ariat. But I wanted to warn buyers to pay attention to the nylon factor in this fabric blend. They do feel a bit like a raincoat on your legs. We missed that in the description and were disappointed in the feel of the fabric. But if you need a wet-weather blend, this might be what you're looking for. Also, the color Beige is more a greenish khaki color, not a true beige.
