Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

Reviewed By: Kendra (The world) I got this helmet a couple years ago at a local store. I had a lesson and needed a new helmet, because I had been borrowing someone else's. Its really comfortable, lightweight, and I have never gotten really hot in it. The problem? I have never fallen off in this helmet, but my horse has knocked it off a shelf and I dropped it on gravel and the plastic has 2 huge long cracks, one chip, and some other little cracks. I don't even want to know what would happen if I took a fall off my horse! If you do get this helmet, make sure to replace it often!
