Very nice, comfortable saddle. A different fit to get used to compared with an all purpose, but I love it. The only downside is the flaps get rubbed by the leathers bad so you need to condition often.

Be very careful when tring this saddle, after a 40min test ride, the marks on the saddle looked 2 years old. Lots of discoloring where the lethers hang.. Also I had a problem with the buckles of the leathers poking through the leather flaps, it was uncomfortable in my inner thigh. The leather flap that protects your leg from the leathers also discolored from the pressure... I can only say two good things about this saddle comfortable seat and the gullet was easy to change.

I've had this saddle for 1.5 years and love it. As a trainer, I like that its very comfortable and secure, which is great for the occasional fresh horse and for hours of daily riding. I clean and condition it weekly, so I've had no issues with the leather, which is very soft and supple. I wanted the XCH system for riding multiple horses, but I've found that the standard gullet fits a wide range of horses and ponies. I would highly recommend this saddle.
