I bought this for myself over the holidays and have been using it 4-5 days a week with my mare. Great texture (not hard on the hands), good weight, and the sewed-in grips are small but they work and are well placed. I like this one better than a heavy cotton rope-like line we have at our barn, and also better than the standard web/cotton lines, which I always find to be too light if I need to shake it to get my mare to slow down. (I like my lunge lines to have a little heft, but not so much that they're constantly pulling on the horse's face).
