This paste will work for a slightly anxious or nervous horse that only need a little tiny bit of relaxer. This did not work for my Arabian mare, or the Welsh pony i was training and showing. If you are looking for a major relaxer that wont take away energy try QuiteX, it will change your wild horses demeanor into a quiet, relaxed, willing horse.

I used this product on a mare who is nervous to travel, and was going to her first show after being on the track. She needed a little edge taken off and she typically shakes and sweats in the trailer. Gave it to her 4 hours prior to overnight stay. She arrived with no sweat, and still had energy but was noticably more focused and less spooky. Gave her another dose in the morning, and it had not quite taken effect when I rode. There was a definite difference. Would recommend, like other poster for horses that just need a little help, I was pleased!

I would recommend this paste for horses who only need a little relaxer. My mare gets very anxious and frisky if I trailer her. I moved her to a new farm and a gave her Calm and Cool before I hauled her. She was still very alert and gittery even after a few hours. This is a good product for an already calm horse. My mare is very high-spirited and I would not recommend this for an frisky horses. You would need a more effectful product. I would recommend this for anyone who has a calm horse, or if you are just showing.
