I've had this girth for a year and I have used it on several different horses and have just bought it in a smaller size for another horse. It's easy to put on and easy to adjust, the horses seem to find it comfortable. I haven't really had to clean it much because unlike a fleece girth, a neoprene one doesn't collect much hair or dirt. It holds a saddle securely without slipping, even for a heavy rider, and again, the horse seems to find it very comfortable.

One thing I forgot to mention is that it is very nice to have the center D rings in case you want to use a martingale. There aren't too many neoprene girths that seem to offer this feature. The price is reasonable too.
