These pants are great, they are so warm and windproof. I wear them everyday to clean stalls, turn out, ride.It makes such a difference when I have these on, I can be outside in 10 degrees and still feel nice and toasty. It would be nice if the elastic strap came off on both sides but other than that I would highly recommend them. They are great for sledding too.

I live at high altitude and in addition to riding at below zero temperatures for work, in the blowing cold winds of Wyo. I teach alpine skiing at Jackson Hole, They have kept me warm and dry better than any top brand ski pants. These are the best.

My husband bought these for me for Christmas two years ago. Since we moved to northern Nevada from coastal California, I've been having a hard time staying warm enough while riding during the winter. Thanks to these pants, it is never too cold to ride. Usually I wear them with just thermal underwear, but when it is really cold I pull them over my jeans. They slide easily over denim and are very comfortable. If you plan on wearing them over your jeans, then I would suggest ordering one size larger. I also use these pants for regular ranch chores and they are very durable. Thank you Mountain Horse for allowing me to continue riding and training all winter long!
