Designed to keep you warm in the saddle during winter's worst weather. Slim styling with wide elastic back for a flattering fit. The Weather Protective System withstands heavy rain and wind. Breathable Schoeller Reflex fabric is highly visible, and is scuff and tear resistant. This Mountain Horse® riding jacket is also cut longer in the back for extra protection against the elements. Other features include reflective trim on the elbows and back, warm polyester insulation, zip handwarmer pockets, adjustable elastic cuffs, mesh lining beneath the yoke, and two zip pockets, plus a phone pocket and an inside button pocket. Machine wash. Imported. In black/antrhacite or dark brown/antrhacite. Ladies' XS (32), S (34), M (36), L (38), XL (40).

This jacket is perfect for our winters. Light enough so on our warmer winter day it is not too much jacket like the MH original would be, yet with a vest or sweater, it handles the occasional 30deg that we get.

I Live in Canada and funny as it is this jacket was given to me the day before we had really cold weather -36 degrees celcius. On that day I wore a light sweater under this jacket and I was so warm. I find that even though this jacket is light it keeps me super warm. The size does run big I Have a large and probably should of had a medium. I was walking and a person we knew drove by and they said that there was no way that someone could not ever see me wearing it because of the parts that are reflective.I find this jacket is well made and is cut to be very flattering. I haven't rode in it but from past insidences of my jacket getting caught on the horn(when i ride western) i know that the shape they have at the front will be great. one of the best jacket's I have worn, it rivals the wind river jacket I was wearing before. Mountain horse will always have my business.

Almost a 5 star review! Stylish, great fit, runs large so order a size down. Kept me very warm, only wore a thin long sleeved workout shirt under it. Lost a star because I wore it for a 2 1/2 hour ride yesterday in the rain (under tree cover for a lot of the ride)and it got damp all the way through, my phone and camera got wet (camera is actually no longer working from the moisture damage, and it was a good one, and had it in inside pocket) BUT I stayed warm (about 45 degrees out). I love this jacket but will be getting scotchguard/tech spray to make it more waterproof. Would I buy this jacket again? YES.
