I got these to replace my ice rider paddock boots that cracked across the top this winter. Thought I'd get the tall boots so I didn't have to mess with half chaps, but...
I knew they would be just barely tall enough for me at 5'11", and I might have not minded that they were a little short except that the ankles were sooo inflexible. I could barely walk in them, and when I flexed my ankle the sides dug in and the height dropped by a couple inches. Sending back ASAP, wish I had bought the broken ice rider paddocks from Dover so I could send them back!
