I decided to purchase this particular bit for my older Quarter Horse. The soft nose rope adds just the right amount of pressure, and the perfectly positioned mouthpiece sits very nicely in the horses mouth. The light weight metal alloy that the bit is made out of appears to be very strong, and I really like all of the different options that this bit has to offer.

This is a very effective bit that is soft and gives you control. I have a warmblood that doesn't always listen to the bit and can be strong at times. I decided I needed to try a different bit so I would have more control. I decided to try this one. It works great, my horse listens better, he doesn't fight with the bit, and he is a lot happier than before. My friend also has a hotter warmblood that she uses this bit on too. Her horse listens better and is a lot softer for her.
