I normally avoid inexpensive products, because you get what you pay for. However these had good reviews so I took a chance not wanting to spend tons on boots. In short, if you are using these to do anything more difficult than walk DON'T BUY. They are heavy and worst of all always slip off the stirrups. I've ridden in other mid level boots and the difference is night and day. The good thing is Dover is amazing about returns so I got credit towards a new pair for returning these. If these are all you can afford save your money for something better, they're just not worth it!
