The first time I washed my half pad, I tried using Woolite. It shrunk my pad and make it stiff as a board. I figured Melp was cheaper than a new half pad, so I gave it a try. It is AMAZING. My pad is now clean, soft, and fluffy. Totally worth it.

I personally opted to hand-wash my halfpad because my washer machine is known for ripping delicate things apart. I literally saw Melp breaking down the dirt and grime, almost instantly. This stuff is worth every penny. Note:Sheepskin takes up a TON of water, I still used the spin cycle on my washer to wring out the excess...then let it hang to dry.
