I have worn these boots less than 10 times and the heel on one boot has collapsed (as if hollow inside). The other boot's heel is normal. Manufacturing defect?

I ordered these boots and i am completly satisfied. The leather is amazing quality, and they are very easy to break in. They dont give blisters and are very comforatable. The only thing that bothers me is that the color fades after the first time worn.

I have always worn boots in a regular width and these boots had plenty of room in the heel, but toward the front, where a person's foot gets wider, the design did not allow for a comfortable fit. I have since returned my purchase.
