Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

This is a great schooling or lower level show helmet. I love how light the helmet it is, and how comfy the inside is. I've had this helmet for a few months now, and have only worn it a handful a times, mostly in small schooling shows. This would be an idea helmet for everyday riding. I will be definitely upgrading for a much better show helmet though.

This helmet was allover good. This was my first IRH helmet and now I own another helmet made by them. It is a great first show helmet and is great because you can adjust it for your hair to be up or down. It sort of makes your head look bigger than it is and it is heavy.
