Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

Wow!!! this helmet is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! I have been using it all summer (and i have been riding every day!) and it is still perfect!! it fits my head great and keeps my head really cool(: i would definetly reccomend this helmet!!!!!!!

This helmet is ok, when i get close to being done riding, it hurts my head and it gives me a hairnet line mark on my forehead. It fits my round head very well though but it also retains odors. This is my third helmet and my second IRH helmet, my next helmet will definitly be a charles owen.

My first show helmet, it was ok for the first few months. Although the fabrics were good, it didn't fit and gave me headaches every time I wore it with my hair up. Now I have a Titium, recommend it much more (even though way more expensive). I only use this helmet for schooling with my hair down. Good first show helmet, but not for showing.
