This helmet is okay. I have an issue where my head sweats when i ride and surprisingly my helmet does not smell bad thankfully. I bought this to use for schooling and shows. I've had it for 3 years and i loved it at first but i have really really thick hair so when i put it up for shows(especially this past season) it put soooo much pressure on my head that i could barely stand to keep it on for my classes! Plus, the front always rubs and causes my forehead to be itchy, and give me a headache that lasts for the rest of the day. Getting a new helmet this year as this one no longer works for shows. made my head look HUGE too. Also, not the prettiest for shows if you are at a little schooling show but if you are moving up get a fancier one.

I've had this helmet for 3 years now, and when I first bought it I loved it, as anyone would with a new item. Although now I absoulutly hate it. It is comfortable, and it does hold up very well (which is why I gave it one star) but if you don't have an insert infront it will rub your hairline, and in my case leave unruley short hairs. My head was fitted by numerous people and they all recommended me the same size, which is the size I purchased this helmet in. Another big no-no is the size of this thing! It's like a giant mushroom on my head. I have extremely long, thick, and curly hair, and need to ride with my hair in my helmet or it just goes everywhere, and putting it up into this helmet makes it even more unappealing then ever. I would recommend this helmet for training only... although everyone did notice me at the show, but for all the wrong reasons (this helmet). I'm now looking into a charles owen which is said to be more 'low profile'.

I absolutely LOVE this helmet! It is really comfortable, I can have my hair in a ponytail, and it keeps my head cool! My major thing is being able to pull hair up to get it out of my eyes, and off my neck. This helmet enables me to do that! I would reccomend this helmet to anyone!!
