WH Ultra Loose Ring Snaffle Bit has an Aurigan mouth and 70mm stainless steel rings (55mm stainless steel rings size 4 3/4"). In sizes: 4 3/4", 5 1/8", 5 1/2", 6". Please note that not all sizes are available in all widths.

I love this bit for my younger horse. He is kind of mouthy and enjoyed the roller. The problem is I found out while working at a horse show and doing bit checks that this is an illegal bit if you are showing dressage. It is only legal for high performance classes.... I was very surprised

I ride a young OTTB, and this is his lifeline! He's VERY "busy", and if you try to ride him in a normal bit with no flash, he'll chew his tongue and stick it out to no end! But with this bit, he can play with the roller, keeping his tongue in his mouth! He relaxed way down, and after a few rides in this bit he's a different horse in any bit - though this is the only one that gets rid of the tongue problem! He had been wearing a running martingale for a few months, and after working him just a few times in this bit, that martingale stays on its hook!

Second ride in this bit and my horse was a different horse. No grinding, he relaxed, dropped his head and went round and supple. His fixation with the roller provides the kind of distraction that he needs to relax. His jaw was soft and he stretched more than I have ever experienced with him. I had a gut feeling to try this bit and I was right. He's the kind of horse that mentally needs to play with a bit. Thank goodness that it is event dressage legal and they are starting to recognize that horse's should have a vote!
