THis spur is beautiful and tough. I love the item, but I doubt Dover's customer services. When I placed the order, I realized the shipping address was my permanent address, and I needed to send it to my residential address. I called the Dover's customer care on the next day, and asked for change of shipping address. However, the clerk said the item was already in the shipping package, so he couldn't change the address. I asked one more time, but he said the same thing, so I just waited for the package. However, I received the shipment message after three days, which means the clerk may lied to me or Dover may have special shipping system. I asked to change the address on the next day of my order, and the shipping actually happened three days later. What is the reason that they can't change the shipping address?
