Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

I hate wearing helmets and always suffer from the heat in the summer but this helmet is so comfortable I don't even rush to pull it off when I'm done riding - in fact, I've even forgotten I had it on. Fits extraordinarily well, the venting really works, and it's made well.

Comfortable, lightweight, and I love the style! Not too big or bulky. I've never been too hot in other helmets, but it's nice to be able to feel a legitimate breeze coming through in the summer! I suggest trying it on before purchasing if possible- I went down 2 sizes from my other GPAs (Titium & Extreme).
