The Flex Rider Stretchie works well to keep braiding intact and to keep the area covered nice and clean.
This product works very well and I highly recommend it.

Stretchy spandex material available in all colors and patterns. Attaches around the belly and goes over the head and covers most of the face. It didn't ride up or chafe her at all. Rip-stop type fabric, easy to wash.
