Directions for Use: Before applying Cool Pack Green Jelly™, remove all previous medication by washing well. Spread directly on affected part. Cover with brown paper or waxed paper and bandage in usual way, where possible. For other parts smear on thickly twice a day and do not bandage. Leave on 12 to 48 hours for best results.

It's slippery and doesn't sting, so it allows me to perform some deeper massage to break up edema without her kicking me into next week. She actually waits for it now. One jar lasts a long time, and it's very reasonable compared to others.

I use it prior to riding under polo wraps, after riding on fetlocks and hocks, and under stable bandages for overnight wrapping. It really works to keep swelling down and it is safe; it doesn't burn like other products but has a cooling effect.
It washes out easily and it is not sticky.
