My biggest disappointment is with the company FITS themselves. For the price of this item, they should have some sort of guarantee. FITS response to everything is "Buy next years model". They have had issues with their "TOO TIGHT" waistband, which apparently they recognized and resolved in Spring 2011. But what about those of us with the ones that don't work? "Buy Next Years Model" for another $280. No thank you FITS.

Like Nikki, I spend a lot of hours in the saddle and had the same problem with seams unraveling and holes developing. The company had me send them back for 'mending,'; which they did at no charge, but the problem recurred shortly thereafter. Also, unlike Tropical Rider or Equissentials, they will not recycle leather that far outlasts the fabric (which feels great but hasn't proved durable)
