Seeking full time content assistant for E-Commerce department. Will assist in the creation of website content, assisting with marketing reports and other tasks. Equestrian experience not required.

Assistant Catalog Buyer
We now have a new opening in our catalog-merchandising department. Responsibilities
include: working with buyers, product re-ordering, monitoring costs, order expediting,
back order management and photo sample processing. Candidate must have
demonstrated analytical ability with a mathematical aptitude as well as strong PC and
data entry skills. Equestrian experience a plus.

Purchasing Assistant
In this exciting role, you will have solid computer knowledge and know how to use Excel
and Word. Data entry keying and basic admin skills are a plus. If you are detail oriented
and able to perform other general clerical duties, this job is for you. Professional phone
skills are required. Equestrian knowledge is a plus.

Expeditor
In this role, you will expedite orders, respond to vendor emails, locate purchase orders for
receiving and enter any special orders. Other weekly responsibilities include tracking late
POs and backorders, researching the special order report, sending vendor DPD reports and
reviewing any issues between the two systems. Retail production experience preferred.

Pricing Coordinator
Support the company sales, supply chain and customer service groups by maintaining
the master price list for products, maintaining customer database, setting up new
products, resolving price variances and reconciling all orders to ascertain accuracy.
Requires strong multitasking and organizational skills, as well as excellent interpersonal
and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Assistant Embroiderer – Full Time
Willing to train the right person!
The job entails engraving and embroidering items, which includes hooping, trimming, and pulling of designs. Also creating of designs then inputting them in to the computers and embroidery machines. Along with all other duties that go along with the embroidery process.
The check in of custom bags, blankets, pads, clothing, and plates. Answering phones and customer service questions, researching problems and do follow up. Call the manufacturer with orders and questions. Receive and order supplies, keeping track of orders and supplies. Picking/sorting of orders and product.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work independently
- Show an attention to detail
- Have a willingness to learn new things
- Horse experience helpful

Retail Allocation Analyst
Dover Saddlery is currently hiring for an experienced Allocation Analyst to join our growing retail merchandising team.
Select Job Responsibilities:
- Determine and execute the optimal allocation/replenishment method for distributing new and existing product for store inventory.
- Respond to merchandise-related store requests
- Execute return process for pulling back excess inventory from stores to the warehouse
- Support new store openings by ensuring the right product in the right amount arrives on time
Desired Skills
- 3 years of experience in either Retail Allocation or a centralized Store Inventory Replenishment function
- Demonstrated working knowledge of retail math (Sell-through, Weeks of Supply, Inventory Turn, etc)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Retail store experience
- Equestrian knowledge/experience a plus
