eCommerce Content Intern

Dover Saddlery is seeking a dynamic, self motivated eCommerce Content Intern for our company.
Requested Qualifications: Must be a self starter with attention to detail and good communication skills, both verbal and written. Photoshop, Excel, Copy Writting and Social Media experience preferred, but not required. This position is in the Littleton MA location only, no remote internships available.

Customer Service Representative

This department is primarily responsible for customer orders as well as assisting with their needs. We are looking for those with a positive personality and good phone etiquette. Help Desk Support Technician

Littleton, MA

Dover Saddlery, a fast paced equestrian company, has an opening for a Help Desk Support Technician in our IT department. This position reports to the IT Director, and requires knowledge of network topologies and Windows operating systems. We are looking for a bright, outgoing individual who wants to build on their existing support experience and who wants to grow as we grow! This is not an entry level position.

•Network Support
•Hardware and software installation
•Responding to help desk issues
•Support of special events at retail locations – some travel required

•Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant experience
•Working knowledge of Windows 7, and 10
•Experience with network deployment and virtual desktop environments
•Experience with installing hardware and software
•Capable of trouble shooting issues remotely
